Christina is one of our customers who uses Sensorem’s personal alarm. We asked her how she came to purchase a personal alarm, what made her choose Sensorem and what she considers to be the best feature of our mobile security alarm.
What made you purchase a personal alarm?
I chose to get a personal alarm because I felt an increased concern about being involved in an accident and not being able to get in touch with anyone for help. I usually have my mobile phone with me, but I wanted to be able to leave it at home without feeling afraid of ending up in a situation where I need to be able to contact someone for help.
What made you choose Sensorem’s personal alarm?
I chose Sensorem’s personal alarm because I felt that I did not want to include any outside person, but that alarms would go to people I know. Although I know that it is possible to connect the security alarm to home services, I felt that I wanted relatives and neighbors as my contacts, because I wanted to know that the people I call are people that I feel comfortable asking for help. However, I feel secure that in the future I can easily choose to connect the alarm to the home service, should the need arise.
