Sensorem's quality policy (shortened version)

The overall quality goal for Sensorem AB is to provide products and services that work well and offer good and fast service for its customers. The goal is for the quality to be as good as possible so that as many people as possible have the opinion that Sensorem's products have the best quality on the market. All Sensorem products are CE marked.

1. Quality goals

Sensors shall:

  • Offer customer service of the highest quality.
  • Ensure that products and services meet promised and agreed product features and service features.
  • Ensure that products and services meet requirements within laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that products and services are delivered within the promised delivery time.

2. Action plan/Quality plan to continuously achieve quality goals

Sensors shall:

  • Always be responsive to customers' needs.
  • Always stay informed about laws or requirements that may affect products.
  • Follow up that all employees apply Sensorem's quality policy and that each employee has good knowledge in their work area.

3. Controls, reporting and documentation

Sensors shall:

  • Ensure that it is clear who is responsible for which parts of the business through responsibility documents and role descriptions.
  • Ensure that all employees can easily identify and report problems in processes, products, services or the quality system.
  • Actively work to ensure that the quality system is constantly improved. Sensorem has clear procedures to ensure that the quality plan is complied with in the form of quarterly follow-up where the quality manager is ultimately responsible for this. Once every year, the quality policy must be fully reviewed and revised by the quality manager.
  • Follow up on compliance with quality requirements and investigate, document and take action in cases where it is discovered that Sensorem has not met the requirements at any point.
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction in the form of reviews on Trustpilot is monitored and compared on a weekly basis.

4. Customer Service

  • Existing customers and potential customers must always be able to ask questions where employees at Sensorem ensure that they get the questions answered to their satisfaction.
