Sensorem at Elder Care Days – strong interest in mobile safety alarms

In October, Sensorem attended Elder Care Days together with our partner Zafe Care Systems, where we exhibited and demonstrated our mobile safety alarms. The event brought together stakeholders from across the elder care sector and enabled many valuable conversations.

Strong interest from municipalities and care providers

During the event, we met with municipalities, regions, assistive technology centers, and private care providers who showed a clear interest in Sensorem’s mobile safety alarms and mobile personal alarms for staff. Many highlighted the need for safety solutions that work both inside and outside the home.

Benefits for both residents and organizations

There is a strong upside for public sector organizations in being able to offer Sensorem’s safety alarms. For residents, this means increased safety and independence. For municipalities and regions, the solutions can also deliver economic benefits through more efficient use of resources.

Elder Care Days proved to be an important opportunity to demonstrate how mobile safety alarms can be an integral part of the future of elder care.

Safety alarm with automatic fall alarm can increase safety for people with an increased risk of falling

Sensorem’s personal alarm is an example of a technical aid specially developed for people who have an increased risk of falling. The personal alarm can automatically trigger the alarm in the event of a fall and then call relatives using the watch’s built-in speakerphone with two-way communication. The personal alarm works outdoors and has built-in GPS positioning so that relatives can see the user’s position on a map in the Sensorem app.
