Built-in speakerphone with two-way communication
The watch has a built-in SIM card and calls alarm recipients automatically in the event of an alarm with two-way communication (users talk directly to alarm recipients through the watch's speakerphone). Alarm recipients can also call the watch directly even when it is not an alarm situation.
Man down alarm
If a fall occurs, the watch registers this and the alarm process starts immediately. Alarm recipients are warned with an alarm notification and a text message, and they are called directly by the built-in speakerphone (two-way communication).
Silent alarm
The personal alarm can be pre-programmed so that the alarms are silent, which means that it will be impossible for anyone to hear that the alarm is going off. The user or alarm recipient activates the man down alarm in the Sensorem app.
In the Sensorem app, the sensitivity of the man down alarm can be set.

Easy to add alarm recipients
You simply choose who is added as alarm recipients and the order in which they should be called. The only thing needed to add an alarm recipient is their phone number and email address, and up to ten alarm recipients can be added. An alarm recipient can be anyone, for example your own alarm center, a site manager, an officer on duty or employees in the same department.
Customized alarm chain

The switchboard is customized and detects if an answering machine answers and then forwards the call to the next alarm recipient. The alarm chain can be adapted as needed so that the alarm goes directly to an external alarm center, for example, or that the alarm goes to all alarm recipients at the same time, where the person who answers first becomes the one who receives the alarm.
The alarm center answers alarms
If no alarm recipient answers, the call is connected to Sensorem's alarm center, which is always open around the clock! The user talks to the alarm center from the watch's speakerphone and the call is forwarded to 112 if the situation is urgent. 112 can then send help such as the police or an ambulance. If there is also a need for guard calls for non-emergency situations, Sensorem has a partnership with another alarm center that offers this.
App for alarm recipients
The user's alarm recipients download the Sensorem app in the App Store or Google Play Store. From the app, alarm recipients can follow the user's GPS position in real time and receive an alarm notification if the user triggers the alarm.
